Booking / Cancellation policy
If you have to cancel your appointment with us, please contact us as soon as possible. We would require 48 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee being applied.
Treatments which are part of a package and you fail to attend for that session will result in this treatment being deducted from your course.
Late arrival
We would recommend that you arrive on time for your appointment. In the case of late arrival for an appointment we regrettably cannot guarantee the full allocated duration of the appointment out of courtesy to our next client. In this situation clients will incur the full cost of the treatment.
Patch testing
Clients with appointments for laser treatments must have a patch test carried out at least 48 hours before the appointment. This appointment takes 30 minutes in order to check your medical history and to guarantee your safety.

Courses & Treatments Booked in advance
- Courses booked in advance including Laser, Injectable, Skin are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferrable to other treatments or clients.
- Special Offers and Sale Day treatments and courses booked upfront are Non – Refundable.
- Laser and skin courses booked must be completed for specific area.
- Laser and skin courses booked are non-transferrable to other clients.
- Laser treatment areas that are not prepared unfortunately will not be treated or a €30 fee will apply if extra time is required to prepare the area.
- Top up Laser Hair Removal prices are priced at a reduced rate and will need to be prepaid upon treatment being booked if less than €50.
- Discounted course prices must be paid on the day of consultation and no later than first appointment date.
