Why use Oilacleanse?

Oily and acne-prone skin needs products which remove excess oil, sebum and makeup without stripping the skin. If you suffer acne prone skin cleansing is a vital part of controlling your symptoms. A thorough cleansing regimen is one of the most important steps you can take to break the acne cycle and remove the build up of oil and bacteria. Basically this product contains salicylic acid and acts as a physical and chemical exfoliator which loosens debris and oil, bringing it to the surface so it  can be washed away.

Oilacleanse has a gel like consistency formula with a fruity sent. The first thing that you notice are the tiny white and red microbeads. The white micro-beads exfoliate surface dead skin cells whereas the red beads release Vitamin E. I stress this cleanser is not harsh or abrasive.

I would recommend using a 5 cent amount with water. Oilacleanse lathers up well to form a foam like consistency. Ideally for maximum results Oilacleanse should be used twice daily, applied to a damp face and massaged in a circular fashion for a least 60 seconds with luke warm water. Rinse off with cool water. Skin feels smooth and glows after usage.

My top tip:

You really do not need to use much! It is really effective at removing makeup and even waterproof mascara. This product lasts at least 3 months. Finally, never ever go to sleep with your makeup on.

Cons: I personally use this product daily, my only negative comment is that the microbeads may end up in your hair which can be a little irritating.
