The temples are often an overlooked area when it comes to rejuvenation, yet they play a key role in supporting the brow and harmonising the face’s overall shape. During the treatment, a topical anaesthetic is applied to ensure comfort. A fine cannula is typically used to inject the dermal filler precisely into the temples, which helps reduce bruising and swelling. The procedure usually takes no longer than 30-40 minutes, and you can resume your daily activities straight away with some aftercare instructions provided.
Results are visible immediately, with a noticeable softening of the hollowed appearance in the upper face and a subtle lift of the brows. Some mild bruising or swelling is possible in the days following the treatment, but this typically resolves quickly.

Temple filler results can last between 9 to 12 months, depending on your individual skin and lifestyle. We use high-quality hyaluronic acid-based fillers that are FDA-approved and licensed in the UK, which gradually integrate with the surrounding tissue for a natural, lasting effect.
After the treatment, it’s common to experience some tenderness or mild aching in the treated area for a few days. However, you can generally go back to your regular activities right away, although it’s best to avoid strenuous exercise, hot steam, saunas, and baths for a few days.
The amount of filler required varies depending on individual needs and the degree of volume loss. We’ll discuss this with you during your consultation to ensure your results are tailored to your specific facial structure. Typically 1-2 syringes of Hyaluronic acid filler is recommended.
While some patients report slight discomfort, a topical anaesthetic and lidocaine in the filler minimise any pain, making the experience comfortable and quick.
